Payment
​
£50 non-refundable retainer to book a session this amount will be deducted from the price of the package.
Session package price needs to be paid in full at the session day by cash or bank transfer.
Reschedule
Please provide at least 48 hour notice for cancellations, we will allow one reschedule.
Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for the session may be asked to reschedule, and the £20 rescheduling fee will be applied.

Gallery
After 2-3 working days you will receive an e-mail with a link to your un-edited online gallery. Your gallery will be active for 14 days. In the event of not receiving your order within the 14 day period a gallery extension will be made available with a further £20 re-activation fee.

If you don't choose your images from the gallery after 4 weeks from the moment that gallery will be created and send to your email, Unicorn Childrens Photography will pick the photo for you and the photos will be non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

When Unicorn Childrens Photography received your order with your favourite photos will edit them next 2-3 weeks. If you have prints or other wall art in your order it will be ready to collect from my studio 4-5 weeks from the moment you choose your images.

Only basic editing service will be provided which means; colours, background, dry skin, eyeshadows, skin tones and texture. Unicorn Childrens Photography would NOT edit: grey hair, hair suckers - lose of colour, hair cut, make up, broken or dirty nails, cracked or missing nail polish, wrinkles on the clothes, tattoos

Only fully edited images JPG will be presented to client as a final product. Client must understand all images provided by Unicorn Childrens Photography are protected by copyright , it is illegal to modify images in any way , shape or form.
All the lifestyle and event session like christening, wedding will be edited up to 4 weeks due to big amount of photos taken on the event.

Unicorn Childrens Photography can not control child's cooperation and it's not responsible for not smiling children.
​
All ordered images are kept for one year from the date of your session. All images that are not ordered will be delated from the system after 14 days from the moment you placed the order, and will not be available for ordering thereafter.

Refund and exchange
Due to the custom nature of this work, all sales are final. No substitutions, exchanges or refunds are available after placing your order.
